Mohamed Ali joined Arsenal in January 2022, initially as U23's assistant coach and then served as U21 head coach for three years. Before that, Alibaba coached the Reading U23 echelon.
Ali passed the UEFA professional coaching license assessment in June 2024. He started his coaching career at Tottenham Hotspur Club and has coached the echelon from U9 to U16.
