The "Mirror" reported that Manchester United wing-back Dolgu was found to have liked a post criticizing Amorim's tactics. The post stated that B Fee and Casemiro should not start at the same time. This behavior caused controversy.
This season, the core feature of Manchester United's tactical system is the midfield partnership formed by captain Bruno and Casemiro. In the 0-1 loss to the Toffees, both started the game until Casemiro received a yellow card and was replaced by Menu in the 60th minute.
However, not everyone in the locker room seems to agree with Amorim's current employment strategy. Dolgu was found to have liked an Instagram post that advocated that Bruno and Casemiro should not play at the same time.
This post posted by the Manchester United fan account mufcunion included a screenshot of a tweet that read: "Any coach who considers Casemiro and Bruno Fernandez as a viable defensive midfielder combination lacks professionalism."
In The accompanying text of the Instagram post stated more bluntly: "Bruno Fernandez and Casemiro must not appear at the same time."
Bruno and Casemiro are indeed the mainstays of Manchester United this season, starting 10 times in all 13 games of the team. The only exceptions include a big rotation against Grimsby in the second round of the Carabao Cup, and the two league games against Brentford and Manchester City.
In these games, Ugarte was chosen to partner with Bruno. But the adjustment against Brentford was really forced, as Casemiro left the field with a red flag against Chelsea.
As the contract comes to an end, Casemiro's future at Manchester United is still unclear. Although his condition has improved compared to last season, there are still uncertainties about whether the 33-year-old Brazilian midfielder will renew his contract.
This has led to scandals between Manchester United and multiple midfielder signing targets, including Brighton's Carlos Baleba, while Nottingham Forest's Elliott Anderson has become the latest candidate linked to the winter window transfer period.
But Dorgu’s move to question the coach’s hiring choices on social media does not bode well for him, the coach or his teammates.
