According to the British media Manchester Evening News, Manchester United signed Haven for 1.5 million pounds in the winter window, which can help the club save money to strengthen the forward line this summer.

Amorin worked with nearly every member of the team in the first week of pre-season training at Carrington Base in the past few days. A group of Manchester United players returned to the club's training base on Monday, and then those who participated in the national team at the end of last season returned to the team on Thursday.

This means Amorin is able to lead more than 30 players in training this week in the team's training. Manchester United will face Leeds United in Stockholm next Saturday, when they will strengthen pre-season preparations.

However, Manchester United's pre-season preparations are still too fast for centre-back Lisandro. Lisandro has not yet fully recovered from an ACL injury he suffered in February.

Lisandro was forced to leave the court in a 0-2 loss to Crystal Palace and successfully underwent surgery the next week, and has since worked hard to recover.

Before the January transfer window, Lisandro was the only left-footed central defender in Manchester United. Just as he started to get into the form and gradually adapted to Amorin's 3-4-2-1 formation, he was injured, which was a big blow to him and Manchester United.

Manchester United's defense needs to be balanced, and the presence of a left-footed player on the left is crucial. Fortunately, Manchester United quickly signed young defender Haven from Arsenal for £1.5m in the mid-season transfer window.

Although Haven only appeared once for the Gunners to bench, he left his mark almost immediately at Old Trafford. He made 6 appearances at the end of last season and performed steadily in each appearance.

So, despite being only 18 years old, there is also a chance that Havan will be a regular starter in the upcoming season. Manchester United changed its transfer strategy under Inex, with the goal of finding hidden talents who can be signed at relatively low fees.

Haven has the potential to be a low-risk, high-reward signing, and Amorin admitted back in April that Haven is fully capable of filling the vacancy in Lisandro and admitted that the club's decision to sign the young defender at such a small fee will save them money this summer.

Manchester United urgently needs to prioritize the attack this summer, which means they signed Haven for £1.5m earlier, saving them money that could be used to strengthen their biggest shortcoming.

Despite letting Evans and Lindelof go last month, Manchester United has no plans to sign a central defender this summer. However, if they hadn't signed Havin at the time, they would almost certainly be looking for a left-footed centreback in the market now.
