This summer, Liverpool spent 145 million euros to sign Newcastle forward Isaac. However, due to not participating in Newcastle's team training and handling transfer matters, the Swedish star's start to the new season was not ideal. Isaac has played 6 games on behalf of the Red Army so far this season, contributing 1 goal and 1 assist.

Liverpool veteran Don Hutchison criticized Isaac's behavior. He said: "This is undoubtedly unprofessional. Isaac should have behaved more professionally this summer, and now he is paying the price for it. Isaac should take a longer view. Leaving the training camp itself is an unwise move.

"When he returns to Newcastle, he should consider two things, either he will go to Liverpool, or he will stay at Newcastle. Either way, Isaac needs to stay in game shape. Even if he knew he would eventually move away, he shouldn't selfishly refuse to train with Newcastle. If the move doesn't go through, he can at least maintain a competitive level for Newcastle. Giving up training, sacrificing one's own competition status, is unprofessional and childish.

"I think Isaac's agent managed and advised him very poorly this summer. But in the final analysis, the responsibility lies with the player himself. He has a contract with Newcastle, and he should maintain good physical fitness and professional attitude for the team. From a larger perspective, if he ends up going to Liverpool, he also needs to quickly adapt to the new environment. Now Isaac has to catch up, which is all caused by his previous behavior."
