It is reported that Arsenal has reached an agreement with Leverkusen defender Inkapier on personal terms. With only a few days left in the transfer window, the Gunners listed the 23-year-old defender as a target for signings. Inkapier is an attractive choice because the Ecuador international can be competent as a centre-back and a guest-star left-back. The current contract termination fee is about £52 million.
